Chicken or
2 C cooked Chicken or turkey (cubed)
1 C chopped celery
1 C slivered almonds
1 onion chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 envelopes chicken bouillon dissolved in ½ C of water
½ C of peas
2 tbsp Soya sauce
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Place in a casserole.
(Optional: sprinkle with crushed potato chips and/or slivered almonds)
Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until heated through
Serve on a bed of rice. (Serves 8 unless Trevor is there)
